We ship to Poland, Germany, France, Greece, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Bulgaria, and Croatia.
Free shipping is offered for orders above 100 euros.
A shipping fee of 10 euros applies to orders under 100 euros.

7. Returns and Refunds

Unused products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Customers must email us within 14 days of receiving their product to initiate a return.
We provide a prepaid shipping label within 5 business days of receiving the return request.
If products are not returned in their original condition, we reserve the right to charge a fee for the diminished value of the product.
